Where are you located?

Is there a drink minimum?
Yes! $20-showroom minimum purchase per person, which means orders placed from your seat! Drinks and snacks both count towards this minimum. CT tax and 18% gratuity will be automatically added to your bill!
Do you serve food?
Only snacks! We have popcorn, Doritos, Oreos, and Sour Patch Kids for sale. That’s it. If you're looking for a great full meal before the show, there are plentiful options near the venue, including the following:
How does seating work? Can I sit with my friends?
First come, first served! We seat guests by party per order (tickets purchased separately are not guaranteed to be seated together!). Seating is assigned by our staff front to back based on ticket tier and availability. A minimum-spend deposit is required to reserve more than 12 seats together/group seating for large parties.
What if I’m bringing a group?
You can purchase up to 12 tickets under one reservation! If you would like to purchase more than 12 tickets but don't need all to be seated together, you are welcome to purchase additional tickets under a separate reservation. For groups of 13+ that must be seated together, please email groups@newyorkcomedyclub.com or submit a request to our Group Reservations Form, and note that a minimum-spend deposit is required to confirm your reservation.
I'm coming in from out of town – are there any nearby hotels you recommend?
Yes!
Do I need to print my tickets?
No! You can show them to us on your phone. You will receive a confirmation email upon your ticket purchase.
Can I buy a ticket at the door?
Yes, but it’s better to buy them in advance since many shows sell out!
When do doors open?
30 minutes prior to showtime. Guests are seated first come, first served from front to back.
What if I’m running late?
Late seating is not guaranteed. If we are able to seat you, it will be subject to space availability and not guaranteed to be within your purchased tier. To ensure admission, please arrive 30 minutes prior to showtime.
What if I miss my show?
Let us know in advance and we will help you to select a future show, pending availability. No-shows will not be rebooked. No refunds or exchanges.
Do you offer discounts?
Select performances offer $10 tickets for the first 10 Connecticut residents. See ticket pages for ID requirements and other details. Subscribe to our newsletter and follow us on social media to hear about additional deals and offers!
Is there a minimum age of admission?
Yes. 18+, or 16 and up if accompanied by an adult at their discretion.
Can I take pictures or video during the show?
No! Absolutely no photography or recording is permitted during the show. Failure to observe this rule may result in ejection from the show without refund. But you are welcome to take photos before or after the show!
Am I allowed to heckle the performers?
No! The show must go on!
Do you provide parking?
Yes, we offer valet parking, or you can self-park in the Stamford Town Center lot across the street.
