RHYS NICHOLSON (they/them) Rhys Nicholson is a Multi-award winning Australian stand-up, author, actor and collager. With an enormous passion for live performing and a well-earned reputation for intelligent, premium comedy, Rhys Nicholson’s work continues to receive awards and accolades around the world. Rhys was hand-picked to open for comedy legend Conan O’Brien on his 2019 Australian tour, followed by their USA television debut as the stand up guest on CONAN (TBS). This was immediately followed by the recording of their third stand up special Nice People Nice Things Nice Situations. The show was released on Netflix worldwide, making Rhys one of only three Australians with a solo show on the streaming giant at that time. The show’s success additionally earned them a nomination for Best Stand Up Comedy Special at the AACTA Awards in 2021. Before landing the iconic role of Scarlett O'Connor on the ABC/CMT/HULU TV series NASHVILLE, and launching her career as a singer/songwriter, Clare Bowen was growing up in rural Australia. Bowen heard her first broadcast of the Grand Ole Opry on the wireless in her grandad’s kitchen and soon after, her classical vocal coach paused one of their lessons to comment on the "country lilt" that had naturally crept into Bowen's voice. It would be another decade before she'd duet with heavyweights like Zac Brown and Vince Gill, recording songs with GRAMMY-winning producers like T-Bone Burnett and Buddy Miller who became her mentors. Jonathan Jackson is a multi-dimensional artist: a musician, actor, author, and filmmaker. Jonathan’s life in the arts began as an actor at the age of eleven on General Hospital, where his performances garnered him five EMMY Awards. After many years working in feature films such as Tuck Everlasting and Insomnia, he played Avery Barkly in the renowned drama, Nashville, for six seasons. Along with international tours with the Nashville Cast, he is the lead singer and songwriter for the band Jonathan Jackson + Enation. Their most recent album, “Ultraviolet Empire” was released in July of 2022. Zak Toscani is a standup comedian and writer living on the west coast. Zak started comedy in Portland but it has since taken him all around the world. Zak has performed at the Bumbershoot Music & Arts Festival, The Bridgetown Comedy Festival, and the The High Plains Comedy Festival. With a focus on originality, vulnerability and specificity, Zak’s comedy has been highlighted by TIME, The AV Club, and The Portland Mercury.
